The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013
“business” includes a trade or profession
“consumer, you, your” means any natural person who, in contracts to which these Regulations apply, is acting for purposes which are outside his business;
“distance contract” means any contract concerning goods or services concluded between a supplier and a consumer under an organised distance sales or service provision scheme run by the supplier who, for the purpose of the contract, makes exclusive use of one or more means of distance communication up to and including the moment at which the contract is concluded;
“supplier, we, our, ourselves” means any person who, in contracts to which these Regulations apply, is acting in his commercial or professional capacity; and
“working days” means all days other than Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
RETURNS : RIGHT TO CANCEL
Unwanted or incorrect buying purchases by the consumer received after despatch are returnable therefore purely at our, the supplier, discretion. We invoke section 28.1 (f) Unless the parties have agreed otherwise, the consumer will not have the right to cancel the contract by giving notice of cancellation pursuant to 29.1 in respect of contracts
(f) the supply of a newspaper, periodical or magazine with the exception of subscription contracts for the supply of such publications;

General Returns Process for unwanted/incorrect items ordered by you, the consumer
If we, the supplier, agree to a return then the consumer will be required to return the item (s) to us via tracked postage within 10 working days of receipt at the consumers cost.
Item (s) must be returned in the same condition sent to obtain a full refund.
General Returns Process for incorrect items sent out by us, the supplier
If an item is inadvertently sent incorrectly by us, the supplier, we will send the correct item immediately, subject to availability, please email us at
regarding the return of the incorrect item at our, the suppliers, expense. If the correct item is not available a refund or alternative item will be offered to the consumer.
If an item is returned by Postal Services as undelivered, we, the supplier, will contact you, the consumer, and advise the reason for the return. A re-package and re-send fee, chargeable on a case by case basis, payable by the consumer, is required for orders to be re-sent.
If undelivered items are returned and are damaged or unsaleable as a result, by the consumer, we, the supplier, cannot offer a refund.
Those, the consumer, who buy from us, the supplier, on a regular basis know that we, pride ourselves on the quality of our comics, sending the very best we have available. On occasion, new comics do have slight flaws, i.e. spine creases, ink marks, smudges and other minor imperfections. White Covers and Blank covers are particularly susceptible to printing marks. Our Suppliers, and ourselves, do not accept returns or offer discount for these imperfections.

We will require images of the outer packaging and item clearly showing the damage being reported. This is required for our Supplier / Postal Services claim process. Options of a refund, replacement or alternative will be offered to the you the consumer. Replacements are subject to availability.
MERCHANDISE AND COLLECTABLES
CANCELLATION OF ORDER
Under the The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you are able to cancel an order within 7 days. We are unable to cancel an order that has been dispatched. For pre order items please see below.
In the event that you wish to send back the item under the distance selling regulations, you have 14 days of receipt to qualify for this. Due to the nature of the product we will only accept unopened/unused products that are still in their original packing. You, the consumer, are responsible for the cost of sending the item back. Upon receipt of the item we will refund the item cost.
FAULTY DEFECTIVE ITEMS
In the event that the item(s) are defective or faulty please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receipt to qualify for this. Due to the nature of the product(s) a substitute may not be readily available. Faulty/defective items are items where it does not work properly. We will endeavour to check the item before we send out but are not responsible for anomalies in the painting or the product packaging, these do not constitute a faulty/defective item. The item(s) are your responsibility until such time as they are received by us. Any damage or loss of product whilst returning the product is your responsibility, therefore we encourage you send the item back in a secure method with relevant insurance cover. You refund will be processed in a timely manner.
PRE ORDER ITEMS
A deposit of 20% or full payment is due on all pre order items except comics. The deposit is non refundable unless cancellation is made within 7 days of ordering. Should the full payment be paid on the order, and the order cancelled after 7 days a 20% cancellation fee will be charged and the difference will be refunded. The balance of the item must be paid in full within 7 days after we confirm to you that we have the item in stock, unless otherwise agreed by us in writing. If item has not been paid in full within 2 months after you have been informed that it is in stock, your order will be cancelled and no monies paid to date will be refunded.
PRE ORDER COMICS
Pre Order comics are to be paid in full and cannot be cancelled. Should a mistake be made within 7 days of ordering please email
